Salem Village is a villa community comprised of families, retired senior, working professionals, and the unique Florida Species known as "Snow-Bird". It is located within the master community of Ridgemoor, in the Palm Harbor, East Lake area of Pinellas County. Salem Village features 151 attractive villas, with tile roofs, all tucked away in a charming, gated, Palm Harbor neighborhood.

This website is for the use of Salem Village residents and is dedicated to providing information concerning the community and it's affairs. Other website visitors are encouraged to learn a little bit about our community.

HOLIDAY TRASH PICK UP SCHEDULE - The following is a list of observed holidays with our waste/trash company where there will be NO pick up: New Years Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day

LIGHT HOUSE ENGINEERING - We have contracted with this company to do a review/report of our entire infrastructure in the neighborhood including roads, sewers and sidewalks. You will see them in here over the next 30 days.

LANDSCAPING - Beginning in September, the entire neighborhood will have detail service done on the 3rd Thursday of each month (weather permitting of course). Our mowing day will remain on Wednesdays (we will be changing to bi-weekly soon).

WASTE CONNECTIONS - LARGE TRASH PICK-UPS - For large trash pick-ups, homeowners should contact our trash company, Waste Connections at 727-572-6800 to schedule the pick up. PLEASE NOTE: this is at the homeowner's expense.

RIDGEMOOR MASTER ASSOCIATION BYLAWS & CELL TOWER VOTING ON 12/3/19 - The meeting was held on 12/3/19 and was again reconvened until 12/30/19. Votes are still coming in from residents throughout the communities. The reconvened meeting tonight was MEMBERSHIP driven and not board driven. The membership does have the power to do this. There is a lot of incorrect, negative and just rude commentary on social media site Next Door from a small sub-set of people within the Ridgemoor community. If you have questions/concerns about anything being voted on - - it is suggested you contact the property manager for Ridgemoor Master directly at dgoetz@condominiumassociates.com or you can go directly to their website https://condominiumassociates.com

2020 CPA & BANKING CHANGES FOR SALEM VILLAGE - Salem Village’s banking relationship is changing next year from BB&T to Bank OZK and as a result will require action from all homeowners when sending in the first 2020 assessment payments. In mid-December 2019, all homeowners will be receiving a new coupon booklet for 2020 assessment payments along with informational sheets.

PROOF OF HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE - Please continue to submit your proof of homeowners insurance to gflowers@elitepms.com. This information is due by the last day of January.

SALEM VILLAGE WEBSITE http://www.salemvillagehoa.com - When filling out a Maintenance Request (lower right side of home page in bold orange box), please remember to complete the entire request and hit the submit button. You should immediately get a copy of whatever you submitted in your email box. If you did not receive a copy of the submitted email, this means that you did not finish filling out the request form completely.

LANDSCAPING FOR DECEMBER - Lawn cutting will be done on December 4th and 18th this month. Detail service will be on December 9th and 10th. Please be mindful of the Salem Village HOA Covenants Rules & Regulations which state: DECORATIVE ITEMS - THE PLACEMENT OF THESE ITEMS MUST NOT IMPEDE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE.

Please keep decorative items in the garden areas and do not run electrical cords across lawns where they can not be seen. The landscape company will not be responsible for damages. You may move items before lawn cutting/detailing if necessary. If items are not removed, landscape company will bypass maintenance on your villa for that visit.

Meeting Notices

HOA Board Meeting - Salem Village Homeowners Assoc Board Meeting will be held at the Pool Cabana on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. Notices and agendas are placed on the bulletin boards at the front gate and at the pool area.
