The reconvened Ridgemoor Master Association meeting was held yesterday (this was for the cell tower and proposed amendments voting). Results of voting were announced at the meeting and I am happy to share with you that everything passed with the exception of #4 which was: “I vote to further protect home values and ensure that the rest of homeowners do not have to pay the expenses of the few that choose to not abide by the community conditions and restrictions by allowing the Master to better deal with remedies and cost recovery from those few homeowners”. It missed by 25 votes. AND YES - CELL PHONE TOWER PASSED!!
